Brescia was awarded the Fisher’s Ghost Sculpture Prize in 2009 and 2011 and an Australia Council ArtStart Grant in 2010. Her work has been collected by Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, Artcell Collection Management, Blacktown City Council and private collectors.
Linda Brescia is a Sydney-based artist who investigates the banalities and complexities of everyday life experiences and rituals through painting, photography, sculpture and performance.
