Debbie Taylor-Worley is a Gamilaraay artist, educator and curator. Her practice includes working with clay, earth and textiles, mostly created on Country, responding to place and story. A graduate of Griffith University’s Bachelor of Contemporary Australian Indigenous Art, and lecturer within the degree, she was conferred a Doctor of Visual Art in 2023. Nikki Taylor-Worley is a Gamilaraayliving on Kuku Yulanji country synthesising observations of this wild and wacky world through rhythm and prose in a dream to inspire balance. A creative dance towards human unity, rooted in honesty.
