During Cementa15, a town-wide open WiFi network representing the Kandos Autonomous Digital Territories will be unilaterally established. Visitors and locals with WiFi-enabled mobile devices or computers can view the Kandos Digital Embassy website, which will provide consular services and live-stream data and video feeds from two overlooking base-stations.
